Mears, Founder & Managing Director, founded PDI Advisors to provide solutions through industry experienced consultants that have real life experience. This experience is often the difference in helping our clients find innovative solutions that produce results. Our team of consultants approaches each project like it is their own business, and is passionate and dedicated to finding innovative solutions that exceed the customer’s expectations.
Prior to founding PDI, Mr. Mears was the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Soleo Health, a leading provider of specialty infusion, where he was responsible for leading all sales, marketing, pharmaceutical contracting, product line development and managed care contracting and implementation. Prior to this, Mears was the US Field General Manager of Hemophilia for Biogen Idec, a biotechnology leader, where he was responsible for preparing Biogen’s field force for launch of two new long lasting factor products.
Mears also served as the VP, Product Line Management of Accredo Health, Inc., was President of Accredo's Hemophilia Health Services, and several additional positions in various leadership roles.
